If you are receiving a declined message and you are sure your credit card is working properly follow these steps.
1. Make SURE you\'re entering your zip code correctly. You should only enter the first 5 digits of your zip code (E.G 90210) do NOT enter extended zip codes.
2. If your address & Zip code doesn't match your current credit card BILLING address you will receive a decline notice. If you have recently moved or changed your credit card billing information this will cause an error.
3. If you still receive a declined notice, call your card company. Many credit card companies will put your card on hold and you won\'t be able to use it. There are many fraud protection reasons they do this. |
